top todos: reply & direct message. Once that stuff is in, this will beat twhirl and the other clients IMO. Brand managers, PR people, and customer service don’t need fancy stuff like photo/video sharing via twitter. They just need a dashboard like this and an easy way to communicate with clients.

Do you guys have auto updates on this app once it’s installed? If not, that’s the first thing I would add.

Very cool! It would even be better if there's an automated update once installed.

You need to have Adobe Air pre-installed.

@arthritis: the adobe air setup is already included when you download it.
