Hey guys,
I really love this app, but since iOS 4.0 came out I’ve been unable to view any of my new or previous videos. I’ve made some great videos of my kids that I’d like to see again. Can you tell me if there’s going to be an update to this app in the near future?
Also, when I email one of my videos to myself I’m unable to view it on my computer. Is there something I need to do to view the video on my computer? It looks like it’s a quicktime video but when I play it all I get is a green screen.

I just bought iTimeLapse and it is BY FAR the best timelapse-app I’ve seen so far for the iPhone.
But I have an iPhone4, so it doesn’t really work well.
Could you please update it? I want to write about it on Norways biggest technology blog, but I can’t do that as long as we don’t know if it’s going to be updated.
And all the other available time lapse apps don’t come close to this one.
So I really hope you’ll update it!
I bought this app a couple of hours ago and this is already my favorite app. I haven’t had problems yet but I can see there is definitely a need for an upgrade for the iPhone 4. It seems that this app has not been maintained much since the last version and I am wondering if I just blew 2 buck down the drain because of the lack of commitment of this dev team.
Please don’t let people hanging by not updating this very nice app. Right now, it seems as if you’re pocketing the money and are not doing nothing to answer the submissions of your clients.

Wow. I just bought this app for iphone 4 and had a problem so I came to this support page and read all the above requests. I soon forgot about my app problem after getting half way through the comments and seeing that so many people are unhappy with the app. These paid customers are being very patient and respectful with the developer and yet he can’t even take 1 minute to respond to there questions. That is pretty low. And here the paying customers are the ones having to put in the time and effort to come up with fixes for your software. BTW, Thank’s Osku and Tony P for your efforts. I think until you (the developer) can get your app working equal to what it states in the description upon purchase, it should not be available in the store for consumers to buy. This is very misleading! And you offer a forum link for us to go to for help and support which is not even a working link. I understand all app’s have bugs but the developer always continues to work on updates which should take no longer than 30 days. Not to mention the developer keeps the consumers informed of the status of the updates and bugs. This developer has not responded in 10 months. What a joke. I think you (The Developer) owe us all an apology , not to mention a refund! I elect to donate my refund to Osku and Tony P! And to the developer, I think you owe Osku and Tony P. a big thank you along with some $ since they had to take on the role of “Admin” for your pretty cool little app if it ever does what you say it does. Please contact me in regards to getting my app to work properly or to get me my refund. If no response in 3 days I will take the time to bash your app and developer name in as many places as I can find.

You can make it work on iPhone4. Capture Resolution seems to be important for iPhone4. This is how I use it (to avoid it crashing): Turn on Airplane mode; Capture settings: Snap interval = Every 3s; Start = Manual; Stop = 1000 frames; Overlay = Off; Capture Resolution=1200×1600; Render During Capture=Off. Then, after rendering, don’t attempt to view the video in the app. Instead, Share to Camera Roll and watch it from your standard Camera app.
And one other thing. Keep you camera still. The iPhone 4 accelerometer interferes with the capture. For example, just tilting the camera 90 degrees is sufficient to cause the capture process to hang.
Seriously, this is ridiculous on the updates…… i paid full for this… not the cheap 99cent rate, and i can’t even turn off my flash????

These assholes have all the time in the world to produce new app’s and collect new money but they do not have time to update their app’s. Everyone who is having trouble with this app PLEASE file a complaint onApp Store/itunes. When you go to purchase this app at the very bottom there is reviews and a link to “Report a problem”. It is very quick and easy. If we get enough complaints we can get these guys shut down. They are not going to update the app. If you look at the website and reviews its nothing but people complaining. People have been asking for an update for almost 2 years. I would not waste your time asking for the update. Just report the app as fraud to itunes. People like this should not get rich off people like us. But we are the only ones who can stop it.

App crashes on Iphone 4 with ios 4.3.3 after rendering a movie. Nothing is saved and can not be watched. Please update otherwise it’s waste of money now!
I can not get this program on my iPhone to take pictures at any other interval other than two seconds. Even when I change it to five minutes, as soon as I click start it begins taking pictures every two seconds. If you can fix that, then I’ll be impressed with this program, but as far as I can see, it’s just a program that takes a photo every two seconds. I’m using iOS 4.2.1
Downloaded the app a few days ago and it works fine on my iPhone 4 (iOS 4.1). I took a timelapse of a blooming flower and uploaded the video on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aiXtrpA7QXk
The app took 2500 pics (about 10 GB) spanning under 7 hours and rendered them into a 720p video with music in about 1 hour, resulting in a 220 mb file. The youtube uploading process added a bit of noise but you can see it in 720 HD. The app is pretty neat and I didn’t have any problems with playback.
